No. Registration is free.

5 What are the payment options available?

Log in to and select “Payment”. Select the pending invoices and click on “Make payment”. You can pay via net banking through a secured payment gateway.

7 Is the estimate of charge shown in the website final?

No, the estimates of charges shown on the website are not final. They are the tentative charges in INR.

8 How do I request a booking?

Log in to and select “Shipments”. Fill in the pickup address, select the pickup date, select a pickup time, add remarks if you have any and click on “Request for Pickup”.

9 Where can I find the list of holidays?

Log in to and select “Holiday Calendar” under “Overview”.

10 What are the value-added services provided by Sequel?

Comprehensive insurance, customs clearance and documentation assistance, packaging solutions, IT enabled SMS/E-mail notifications and daily reports on stock position.

11 How can I know the serviceability in a particular region?

Log in to and select “Query page” under “Overview”. Fill in the pickup and delivery pin codes to check if the locations are serviceable by Sequel.

12 How can I add a new address for pickup/delivery?

Log in to and select “Address Book”. Click on “Add new address” to add a new address in the address book.

13 How can I delete or edit an existing address?

Log in to and select “Address Book”. In the actions tab against your address code, select the edit option to edit your address.

14 How can I track my shipment?

Go to SEQUEL247 login page, on the “Track your docket” button, enter the docket number and submit.

Go to, select the “Tracking” button on the top right corner of the screen. Enter your shipment number and track your shipment.

15 How does Sequel ensure the package is not delivered to the wrong person?

The shipment can be received only by an authorized receiver assigned by you. We send the OTP to authorised receiver’s mobile number and once it is verified, a picture of the government ID card of the receiver is captured and the same is uploaded as a proof of delivery.

If you have not assigned authorized receivers to each address in your address book, log in to and select “Address Book” tab. Add at least 1 authorized receiver (maximum 3) or contact us on +91- 9019024444/
